Mike Vetrano and Don Mantel led a group of 16 on a joint trip to Algonquin and Wright Peaks. The group hiked together until the intersection with the trail to March Dam. At that point the gazelles (led by Don) forged ahead to Algonquin while the steady but undeterred (led by Mike) made their way to the summit of Wrigt. It was a beautiful fall day and we all met and enjoyed time together on the Wright summit basking in the wonderful views and warm indian summer temperatures. |
